About

Boutique ESG advisory. Premium, practical, partner enabled.

Etica ESG helps companies and investors turn ESG complexity into practical strategy, credible reporting, responsible investment, climate action and value creation. EU first, internationally aware, sized to the question.

The firm

What Etica is for.

ESG works best when it is embedded into the business, not treated as a separate reporting exercise. Etica ESG is a focused advisory partner that helps clients understand what matters, decide what to do and implement ESG in a way that supports business value.

The firm combines focused advisory leadership with a trusted partner network. Where technical, legal, assurance, engineering, software, carbon or communications expertise is required, we coordinate the right specialist into the engagement. Where regulated services are involved, we work with appropriately qualified independent partners.

The aim is the clarity of one ESG advisory partner with the flexibility to scale support around each project. No oversold deck. No rebuilt program every year. No box ticking.

Brand promise

Five questions we help clients answer.

ESG is not only about compliance or reporting. It is about better governance, investment decisions, risk management, operational resilience, customer and investor confidence, and credible communication.

01

What ESG issues actually matter for our business?

02

What do investors, customers, regulators, lenders and stakeholders expect?

03

What data, policies, controls and reporting processes do we need?

04

How can ESG support risk management, growth, efficiency and value creation?

05

How do we move from assessment to implementation without overcomplicating the process?

Principles

How we work, and why.

A short list. Designed to be read once and used every day.

i

Independence is a feature.

No product to sell, no vendor to defend. Our incentive is your decision, not your retention.

ii

Evidence over eloquence.

Every claim has a source. Every recommendation has a model. We will lose a client before we lose our standards.

iii

Senior on the work.

You hire a senior advisor. The advisor does the thinking. Networks scale capacity, not seniority.

iv

Less, but sharper.

One slide that changes the decision beats fifty that decorate it. We write to the point.

v

Optimism with discipline.

The transition will be won by people who can model risk and still choose to act. We are biased to action.

vi

Ethics is the brief.

The name is Etica for a reason. If a recommendation cannot be defended on principle and on numbers, we do not make it.
