What we collect

When you submit our contact or subscribe forms, we receive the information you choose to provide: name, email address, organization, role, message and any other context you share. We do not collect special category data.

Why we use it (legal basis)

We process your data on the following bases under GDPR:

• Responding to your inquiry and taking steps before entering an engagement (pre contract necessity).
• Sending you the insights you requested (consent).
• Legitimate interest in operating and improving the website and standard business communication.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained for the duration of any active conversation and up to twenty four months after the last contact. Subscription emails are kept until you ask to be removed.

Service providers

To operate this site, we use the following categories of service provider, which process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards:

• Hosting provider (Netlify) for site delivery and form submission storage.
• Business email provider for inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Content delivery networks for fonts and assets, which may record standard request logs.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to ask us to restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email gabriel@eticaesg.com.

Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies. No analytics or advertising trackers are deployed at this time. If we add privacy first analytics later, this notice will be updated.
